Net Guard provides 100% security to your Internet Connection from
Hackers and also provides you an additional tool to confront the
person who may have used your account without your authorization.
Features:
Net Guard is possible only with an all-digital network.
It allows you to have total control over your connection to
the Internet. On the ISP side, the system not only verifies
your user ID and password. So positively no more hacking, unless
you voluntarily or inadvertently have given out the information
to others. Moreover your "Online Usage Information Report"
gives you detailed information about all the telephone numbers
used to connect to your account using your user ID and password.
On Account Management
web site you provide us a maximum of two telephone numbers that
you will be using to connect to NetSol and we'll take care of
the rest. It's that simple. We will immediately disconnect anyone
attempting to log into your account using your user ID and password
from any number other than the ones specified by you.
Important:
While configuring our system to use Net Guard, please note the
following:
- Due to the incapability
of some telephone exchanges, non-digital (six digits) telephone
numbers cannot be recorded. DON'T enter ANY phone number in
Account Management if you use such a telephone number to connect
to NetSol.
- DON'T use any spaces
or Code number, Just type your Phone No. e.g. if your Phone
No. is 0000000 then just type 000000. A wrong entry may lead
to frequent, undesired disconnection on dialup. You may consult
NetSol Technical Support for further assistance regarding
Net Guard.
- You can use Account
Management facility to configure your account or disable the
Net Guard features.
Recommendation:
However, we strongly recommend that you do not disable Net Guard
and take full advantage of the advance security features provided
by NetSol.
